Patrick Roberson is a veteran Senior Sports Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in sports officiating, athletic program development, and community-based sports consulting. A certified official at the National, State, and City levels, Patrick has played a pivotal role in strengthening sports infrastructure and officiating standards across Texas and national platforms.
As the founder of Whistleblowers Sports Officials, Patrick established a premier organization dedicated to training, certifying, and deploying high-quality sports officials for leagues, tournaments, and municipal programs. Under his leadership, Whistleblowers has become a trusted partner to cities, schools, and athletic organizations seeking professionalism, consistency, and integrity in officiating services.
Patrick is also the founder of Official Gear, a specialized sports apparel and equipment brand designed specifically for sports officials. The brand promotes professionalism and performance by providing high-quality gear tailored to the unique needs of referees and officials at all levels of competition.
Throughout his career, Patrick has consulted for an extensive range of organizations, including TAPPS, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, and multiple municipal parks and recreation departments such as the City of Dallas, City of Irving, and City of McKinney. His strategic leadership has helped elevate programs spanning youth, amateur, and competitive sports.
On a national level, Patrick has contributed his expertise to platforms such as Prospects by Sports Illustrated and United Youth Sports, supporting initiatives that expand youth athletic development and increase visibility for emerging talent. His work also extends into sports media and content development, where he helps create platforms that amplify sports programming and deepen community engagement.

Lyla Will is an accomplished Senior Contract Manager and Contract Acquisition Strategist with more than 10 years of experience in operations management, contractor oversight, and contract support within the sports and event services industry.
In her role at Whistleblowers Sports Officials, Lyla is responsible for managing complex contract operations, overseeing 200+ contractors, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple jurisdictions and events. Her expertise spans staffing and scheduling, contractor performance management, conflict resolution, and operational optimization—allowing her to maintain efficiency while scaling operations.
Lyla’s professional background includes senior leadership roles as a General Manager and Staffing Director, where she developed workforce strategies, strengthened contractor pipelines, and built strong relationships through targeted outreach and partnership engagement. She brings a strategic mindset to contract acquisition, market analysis, and service expansion, supporting organizational growth while maintaining compliance and accountability.
She also plays a key role in event coordination, member retention, and community networking, ensuring both internal teams and external partners operate with clarity and alignment. Lyla holds an Associate of Applied Arts degree as a Business Communications Specialist, equipping her with the ability to translate complex operational and contractual requirements into clear, actionable strategies.
