Patrick is the founder of Whistleblowers Sports Officials, a premier organization focused on training, certifying, and placing high-quality sports officials in leagues and tournaments. He is also the creator of Official Gear, a specialized brand that provides apparel and equipment tailored specifically for sports officials—promoting both professionalism and performance. Over the years, Patrick has consulted for an impressive roster of organizations, including the TAPPS school district, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, and multiple city departments such as Dallas, Irving, and McKinney Parks and Recreation. His leadership and strategic input have elevated sports programs across all age groups and competition levels. In addition, Patrick has worked with national platforms like Prospects by Sports Illustrated and United Youth Sports, contributing his expertise to enhance youth athletic experiences and promote greater visibility for emerging talent.
